24.01.2022 Just to advise AFM Fitness Revolution no longer has an active website. Our company has always been a small business that Aaron and Carmen run as a side to our full-time employment. We keep our clientele-base small as a result, in order to offer exemplary and personal service to our clients. Virtually all of our traffic is a result of our Facebook page and our affiliation with the amazing INBA, so we decided to discontinue our webpage. 16.01.2022 IFBB NEWS On Sunday 16th August we will hold a free Workshop in the South Coast town of Huskisson. Our venue will be at Peak Fitness 2 Duranbah Drive... Huskisson from 12pm-approx 3pm. We hope this workshop will be of great help to any competitors getting ready for the 2015 NSW & ACT Country Championships which will be held on Oct 18th. So don't miss out on a great afternoon of learning posing, Q&A time with judges and champions and meeting other people who love our great sport! All welcome and no need to book, just turn up ready to learn and enjoy!

02.01.2022 Fitness girls - If you are entering this year's fitness division, here is a picture of the shoes that the girls wore in May. Although you don't have to wear the...m, these are the perfect choice for runners. They have an inbuilt heel which gives a you a lift that normal runners don't. I am sure that the girls that competed in May can vouch for this too!! They don't have to be exactly like this but as long as they are close to white or most white! See more
