09.01.2022 COVID SAFE GATORS | To ensure that our Club and Community stays safe and that our great game is given the best chance of proceeding this season, WE NEED YOUR HELP!! Federal and State Governments, Health Officials, Sport Australia, Cricket Australia & Cricket Victoria have all set in place strict restrictions and guidelines on cricket's return to training and playing. As a Club and a sport, we can only proceed with the Season by doing our very best to abide by these guidelines... that will ensure the participant's and member's safety, and indeed the local community. 04.01.2022 RETURN TO TRAIN | Fantastic news today announced by the state government on easing of restrictions. This will allow us to return to training in some form very soon. We will be releasing exactly how we get back to training in the next day or so and share with you all our COVID Safety Plan, training guidelines and protocols, safe practices to follow and training session details. 01.01.2022 UNDER 17s | The Girls are through!! Another Grand Final appearance for our Under 17 Girls!! Defending 113 after a match-defining partnership by Grace Schrama (27) and Georgia Rea (23*), the girls kept Brierly to 9/88. Aylish Murfitt (2/4) was key with the ball, while girls managed 3 important run outs!! Congratulations and good luck in the Grand Final this Sunday at the Mack from 10.30am.... The Under 17 Boys posted a respectable 7/109 from their 45 overs against West Warrnambool in their Semi-Final on Tuesday. Harry Schrama led the way with 30. With a good bowling attack, the boys can back themselves to defend that total and join the Girls in a Grand Final appearance. Good luck!!
