25.01.2022 At Emerald the children explore the wonder of science, this week. We used a lamp and did some light and shadow drawing and learn how this was able to happen. We explore different science experiments and learn the science behind the magic. We enjoyed our day and all the cool things we learn along the way.



25.01.2022 Today Emerald all the children boarded a plane with their designer passports. We learned about different countries through cooking, enjoyed crafts from different countries, and even learned a Mauritian dance taught by the locals.

25.01.2022 The children really got involved in our shaving cream cotton candy art and slime for Circus week.

23.01.2022 All the children joined to see an erupting volcano, with Blake helping to set off the reaction. Jaylah and the others got the chance to explore the power and fun of magnets, making them float and move without touching.



22.01.2022 This week at Grey Street the children were offered theme days such as Springtime, Hogwarts, AFL fun, and Tasting Plate. During our AFL fun day Zara choose to join some of the other children in making their own rice balloon ball. On our tasting plate themed day, Timothy elected to sit down at the craft table and decorate a mug with a range of different colored pens to take home.

22.01.2022 This week we explored the theme of transportation. The girls had so much fun.

18.01.2022 Cooking up a mighty storm this week in the Tatura Kitchen.

16.01.2022 Tuesday the children enjoyed Harry Potter Day! They did some races outside using noodles, they made their own wands and ties. The children could not stop talking about which house they were put in and about their chocolates that they made that morning. They kept reminding the educators when it was their time to got home!

15.01.2022 Drouin OSHC program this week proved that Halloween really isn't all that scary, as the children created googly-eyed spiders, pumpkin heads, decorated foam ghosts, or whatever inspired them from our Halloween craft kits. Beading was also a popular activity with the children creating anklets, necklaces, and bracelets for themselves and for one another.

14.01.2022 The children at Somerset Hills OSHC have had another fantastic week engaging with their friends and the variety of activities offered. This weeks theme was Healthy Eating and the children enjoyed completing activities that developed their knowledge on looking after their bodies and living a healthy lifestyle.

09.01.2022 In the spirit of the cooking theme today Joseph got creative with decorating his cupcake moneybox. Brandon had fun in learning how to make fresh spring rolls for our lunch today.

09.01.2022 This week was full of science and imagination. Children had fun with science experiments and creating with clay.

03.01.2022 This week we have been looking at Halloween and the reason why we celebrate it. As part of our creativity, we made some Witches brew, skeleton using icy pole sticks as the bones, some Halloween slime with some creepy things inside.

02.01.2022 On the first day of VAC the girls welcomed spring with lots of flower activities and even put together a blossoming tree of their own. On the second day, the girls had a blast on Wizardry day of fun.

02.01.2022 Children had a blast on the jumping castle and enjoyed some games of egg and spoon race and throwing cheezels onto of each other’s heads who had shaving cream on their heads. The highlight of the day was meeting Michele and learning how to make cards using die cuts.

01.01.2022 The week began with science craft! Children loved shadow art drawing manipulating the sun for its shadow and some shaving cream cloud which drew the children's attention towards this tricky science experiment.

01.01.2022 The girls had a great time on science day! They even got to make their own rain clouds that could rain any colour they wanted! The girls put their creative hats on and made their very own sock puppets. They took them outside and performed a few shows!
