23.01.2022 Lash Enhancement The area is numbed first, and then a thin liner is tattooed right on the lash line, not on top of the eyelid. We decided to go 3/4 of the way through towards the inner eye, but stopped there to create a more natural finish. This has given the illusion of thicker & darker lashes...without looking like obvious makeup.
