Under the Victorian OHS Act employers and Employees have legal responsibilities under this Act of Parliament here are a basic list of these responsibilities. Who’s an employer? If you have one or more employees, you are an employer. An employer can be a: Person Company Partnership, unincorporated association, franchising operation, or not-for-profi t organisation Who’s an employee?
