23.01.2022 - MOTIVATION MONDAY - When I say 'limits only exist in the mind', this guy has walked the talk and still continues to make gains and smash his training. As a long term client of mine, Jarred has overcome so many struggles and has transformed in to the confident, strong and healthy guy you can see on the right. Jarred continues to train with me to maintain his physical fitness and to keep getting stronger every day. It's awesome to see him still keen to smash our sessions and... maintain the body he has worked hard for! This is a testament to the importance of continuing with your health and fitness even once you have reached your goals!

22.01.2022 This pandemic has brought out some good things like more time to get out of your comfort zone and try new things. I was never in to doing 5k runs but started doing it once a week. Today I went for my PB around the oval to try and get it under 23mins. It was a struggle but I got there and am pretty happy with my effort ... 20.01.2022 When Ravi started training with me he was just getting over a shoulder injury and struggled to lift 12.5kilo dumbbells. With persistence, positivity and specific training programs he is now lifting 27.5 and continues to get stronger every day. Well done champ! 19.01.2022 Find a challenge, set a goal I don't usually do 5km runs but decided during #iso I would set myself a goal of running 5kms and improving my time every week for 5 weeks. I enjoy setting different challenges to hold myself accountable & maintain my fitness. From week 1 to week 3 I've cut 3.41mins off my time. Slowly getting better ... Just like training - sometimes the changes can't be seen straight away, but they ARE happening and you will reap the benefits soon enough See more

19.01.2022 Leg and booty day Quick leg and glute workout at home doing kettlebell deadlifts from a defecit. You can stand on blocks or stairs to give you more range of motion, HOWEVER, not everyone has the range of motion to do these. If standing on blocks or stairs is too hard, you can do them standing on the floor. If you don't have a kettlebell or weights, put some books or cans of food in to a backpack to use as your weight.

16.01.2022 I'd like to thank Winney Paulo of A-Game Health and Fitness for being my personal trainer for more than five years. I had my last session today as I will be rel...ocating to Canberra. Winney has always managed to get a lot more out of me than when I trained on my own. He has always been positive and motivating even on days when I was tired or flat. My personal training is a good habit among some bad habits. I rarely missed a session unless sick or on holidays. If you have ever thought I looked fit, it was because of Winney. If you ever thought I looked fat, it was because I was eating too much junk food. All my sessions were at Fitness First Parramatta except for today which was by Parramatta River. As you may be aware, gyms have had to close their doors due to the threat of Covid 19. Winney is now adapting his business so that those of us who are interested in maintaining our health and fitness can continue through these difficult times. Winney's equipment is cleaned and disinfected before every session. 12.01.2022 Back & core session from yesterday. Only 8 weeks in to our training this fine specimen continues to get stronger every day. He works long hours but never uses it as an excuse. When we started training his single arm dumbbell rows were at 27kilos, he is now on to 55kilo dumbbells! Lat pulldowns increased from half a stack to a full stack. He is following our eating plans with precision to ensure he is getting the right fuel for our training sessions. And this is only the beginning! #agamehealthfitness #noexcuses #fitness

10.01.2022 Bodyweight/weighted backpack session today with one of my awesome clients No equipment needed except for a weighted backpack and agility ladder. I've seen this little pocket rocket kick many goals and it makes me proud to be her trainer and friend. She kills it every session and is always wanting to push herself and her fitness to the next level. ... I don't believe in eating 'clean' 100% of the time or smashing yourself with training all the time. It's not sustainable and you will end up resenting both. So our sessions include chatting about the nutritional food we are going to be eating that week, but also the delicious food with minimal nutritional value that we are going to enjoy as well #noregrets #itscalledbalance

05.01.2022 I take health and safety very seriously when it comes to my clients. I've completed the Infection Control Training for COVID19, along with taking precautions such as disinfecting equipment before and after each client, maintaining a safe distance while training and am now able to provide disposable gloves and hand sanitiser. I am constantly ensuring I am up to date with the latest advice from NSW Government, which states that 1 on 1 outdoor personal training sessions are still permitted. Stay healthy
