21.01.2022 You wouldn’t believe me if I told you this machine had never watched a fight until a few months ago But prior to sitting down and watching #canelovschavez in May, @gysagsohn had never even watched a fight! We thought it was a good idea to take the time so he could see what boxing is all about, as he was in training for his first fight 2 weeks later, where he put on a stellar performance. This year after first stepping into a boxing gym, Gy has dropped 20kg, maintained lean... muscle mass and learned the sweet science. I couldn’t be happier as a trainer with the commitment you have shown to not only focus on getting fit and healthy, but applying yourself to learning the craft of boxing, and jumping in and giving your all on fight night.
