23.01.2022 A few images from a work in progress at a client's in Bowral. Seeing a design come to life can be exciting and can also be trepidous. The landscapers come up against hurdles such as extended periods of rain, drainage issues, physical barriers and more. www.realityescapes.com.au have brought my design on this property to the next level and surpassed expectations, not only mine but the clients too. Can't wait to see the finale.
21.01.2022 Congratulations Clarence.....well deserved.

19.01.2022 . Bignay, 'Antidesma bunius' also called Wild Cherry is native to northern Australia. . Ripe fruits have been traditionally used to treat gastric intestinal... upsets, while leaf extracts have been found to possess antioxidant, liver-protective and anti-diabetic properties. . This tree fruits from April through September, producing grape-like clusters of 20-30 fruits, each half a centimeter in diameter, containing a single seed. Berries ripen unevenly, turning greenish white to deep purplish red, creating a colourful display throughout the season. . The fruit has a sour taste similar to that of the cranberry when immature, and a tart but sweet taste when ripe. They may be eaten raw or used in jams, jellies, syrups and wine. Bignay fruit sauce is sour and delicious when served with fish. Bignay leaves are tart and may be used to flavour rice, salads, vegetables dishes and meat stews. . Bignay can be grown tall and erect up to 8m, or kept short and shrubby with regular pruning. Makes an excellent shade tree in the backyard or front garden. . @garden_of_feedin . . . . #bignay #wildcherry #bushfood See more
