You can guarantee that any such application will be misused and abused for political and finical advantages of those who have control and access to the data. We already know this. ... There are 100s of cases of recorded misuse and abuse of #metadata access provided to help enforce 'terrorism'. There is no way I would trust the Government to use any such data in the way it was intended. If any such systems did exist, then 100% of the anonymous data feed should be provided via open source platform free for anybody to access. Even then, I still wouldn't install it on my phone. Would you?
