In the meantime we will be investigating ways of live streaming content so that our community is still able to engage with each other and share id...eas and inspiration during these difficult times. 20.01.2022 Creating good websites is hard. However, as a designer, marketer, project manager or business owner, knowing how to do it well can be an absolute game-changer. Whether youre making one for yourself, for your company or for a client, planning, designing and launching a new website can be a thoroughly interesting and highly rewarding experience. There is nothing more satisfying than having a website you made go live and watching people from all over the world visit a tiny pa...rt of the internet that you created. Whats even better is seeing the incredible impact a new website can have. From increasing sales or sign-ups to boosting performance or shifting perception - a damn good website can do it all and more. But the key to creating a damn good website, is running a damn good website project! In this 2.5-hour class, you will be taken on a tightly compact run-through of the multiple stages of a typical website project, from the very first step to the very last drop. Hobart, Saturday, 28th March http://bit.ly/2vSv4LA

04.01.2022 Join us for the last frontier of our Design Shift: Tech vs Humans journey as we speak with Gustavo Vampre. Since the beginning of civilisation, we have used our artistic and creative abilities to ideate solutions, to make technologies that enrich our lives. What role does art and creativity play in human-centric design and how can it shape our future? Gustavo is curious about how we remain relevant with the recent advancement of technology such as machine learning and AI. He ...believes underlying purpose and principles of design remained the same, even though technology has changed immensely. He looks at an example of how to use design to touch us emotionally and lead with meaningful interactions. This empowers us to make the world a better place through three key points: originality, craft and human-centric design.
