Masala chai is a traditional Indian tea with aromatic spices including... cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. It is known for having many alternative health benefits such as aiding digestion, containing antioxidants and boosting immunity (Golden Tips, 2020). Residents and staff alike love Yvette’s chai. Gordon, who lives at Hunters Hill Village, says he thoroughly enjoys drinking it every day. He enjoys it for its delicious taste, and the feels happy and healthy when drinking it. We thank Yvette for putting her heart and soul into this recipe to boost staff and resident morale and health.
