07.01.2022 Today, despite being physically separated, several of our passionate ACQA members were still able to connect and collaborate via our online Network Meeting. Because of everything the aged care and disability industry is having to tackle at the moment, it was incredibly important that we continue our Network Meetings online. It was safe to say our first online meeting was a success! Gail our Chairman said that 'collaborating with such experienced staff who are dedicated to pro...viding the best quality care possible and sharing new ideas to overcome current challenges was so rewarding. It has never been truer that difficult situations birth industry changing innovations and I had the pleasure of being a part of that today. Together we co-created new domains to add to our Quality and Audit program and these features will considerably improve the management of Residential and Home Care governance systems.' As an ACQA member you can also be a part our Network Meetings. There has never been a better place to meet with like-minded people who believe in client centric care and a continuous quality improvement mindset. 05.01.2022 You saw the snippet last week now here's the full video about Barossa Village Inc. fantastic Buffet Breakfast! It will have you grinning and craving bacon by the end, as well as excited to find ways to innovate within your own facilities to enhance your residences' lives.

05.01.2022 Culture in the workplace will affect your accreditation processes, compliance and innovations of continuous improvements. Without a quality and care orientated organisational culture, systems and processes will never achieve the desired results. A digital quality and auditing system has the potential to save hundreds of hours while helping to identify and reduce potential risks and issues. However, if the culture within the organisation does not support honest reporting, the...n the auditing system will not be effective. Without accurate data to leverage into targeted improvements, even the best quality management system cannot help in reducing risks and costs. This is why a holistic approach to compliance, continuous improvement, and innovation is so important to reducing risk and cost burdens in an organisation. Making a lasting cultural change is not quick and easy but that is why at our next Network Meeting we are excited to introduce you to our expert on workplace culture, Mr. Brad Meehan, to help you start making a change for the better, today. Click on the link below to register for a spot, before tickets run out!
