25.01.2022 As you know, we have had to make a few changes to your experience at KGA. This is to keep both you and the team safe. All of our SMS reminders now have a link to our new COVID-Safe guidelines. If it is your first time back to the clinic since we reopened, please have a quick read so you can help us comply with the COVID-Safe strategies we have put in place. As a Medical Cosmetic Clinic, infection control measures and universal precautions have always been in place. Therefor...e the main changes rely on you to help us control the flow of patients through the clinic. The best ways you can help is with this are: Arrive on time to your appointment - with a limit on people in the clinic, we can no longer accommodate clients running any more than 5 minutes late. Please attend your appointment alone. If it is necessary to bring someone with you, please call the clinic ahead of time so we can manage this effectively. If you need product and you don’t have an appointment, please utilise our online ordering system. You are now able to purchase any of our products online and we will have them ready for a quick, contactless collection within 3 business hours of your order.
