14.01.2022 In 24 hours I was able to appraise, list and SELL this property for my clients but you may not know why that is such a great achievement for my clients (not me).... You see in the 20+ years I’ve been working in Real Estate I have been lucky enough to meet so many amazing people, amazing people who became not only my friends but also my data base. My go to call list, my A list you could say. So when I appraised this property I knew straight away that I had buyers looking for a home just like this and just like that we sold it, but the best part is because of my A list, it didn’t cost my vendors thousands in advertising which made it all even sweeter.
