Everyone is bracing for Saturday, as the worst may still come ... I am so grateful to the community that are looking after my Mum Please pray for the safety of the community and the incredible firefighters who are putting their lives at risk.

13.01.2022 Steel Listing Presentation In our final episode of our video series on how an Agents predominant energy can affect their listing success rate this week we will... get an understanding of how having high levels of Steel Energy can make or break the all-important presentation. Steel Energy is the opposite of Blaze and where Blaze love relationships and a chat high Steel would much rather focus on the processes and the systems. If you have high levels of Steel, you need to be careful not to overwhelm your clients with too much data and detail especially when presenting. Conversely when you are presenting to high Steel sellers then you better be able to back up your research as they will often question and challenge the accuracy of your numbers. High Steel Agents also need to also resist the temptation to try and morph into Dynamo or Blaze Energy Agents as they can struggle to appear authentic if they get out of flow and try and be who they are not. Have a listen and see if you can relate to and recognise the strengths and challenges of Agents with Steel Energy.
