22.01.2022 Mid week dinner party. The only time I’ll happily spend more than 3 mins cooking dinner. On the menu: cheese board hasselback potatoes w burnt thyme butter asparagus w chilli and capers scandi baked salmon w dill and lemon butter berry crumble w coconut ice cream.
