17.01.2022 This morning I quickly made Brazilian Cheese Puffs - but without the cheese. So they can be eaten as (glutenfree) scones with fruit or thermomix made nutella. Just as an option. They grow a bit higher without cheese (lighter) but once the air is out, its out, so better eat them quickly

12.01.2022 Snack for this afternoon sorted. Gluten free and refined sugar free. Replaced 200g caster sugar by only 80g coconut sugar. *coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index and wont spike your blood glucose and insulin levels like normal sugar would. The dark chocolate does the sweet work anyway

09.01.2022 I tried the Cookidoo country filter yesterday and picked a German recipe. Its a meatloaf with potatoes and sauerkraut (which was cooked in the bowl/basket. Massive portion, easily for 2 days, everyone was so hungry that we missed to take a photo of the cooked dish.
