19.01.2022 We are currently in social isolation not lockdown. What this means is: 1. We should NOT be socialising with family, friends or colleagues that live in another house other than via video link etc! 2. We should NOT be gathering in groups. 3. We should NOT be replacing a night out with a night in and inviting all our friends round.... 4. We should NOT be letting teenagers and young adults gather in groups around parks and public places!!!!!! However, as we are NOT in total lockdown you CAN continue to: 1. Go for a walk with your own household (but staying a good distance from others eg 2-3 metres) 2. Drive to national parks, nature reserves etc (some have removed parking charges) and walk in the vast area away from others 3. Walk your dog 4. Head out to a shop for essentials, prescriptions etc for yourself or someone who is vulnerable and isolating, then head home. IF people continue to socialise in a normal way, a full lockdown will likely be enforced on us to protect the health of our most vulnerable. PLEASE DO NOT judge people for taking a walk in the fresh air and sunshine; but equally PLEASE DO NOT carry on as normal. PLEASE keep your distance from others and do not arrange social gatherings. Make the most of getting out for a walk with your own household and catching up on jobs or leisure activities at home. Please share this (screen shot/copy, paste or share where it is public), to educate people and stop any judgement of those taking an important walk in fresh air to help mental health and well being. Thank you.

It is important to quickly address any aches, pains and weaknesses that children may experience early on, to ensure it is corrected while their bodies are still growing and developing.

09.01.2022 French authorities have warned that widely used over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs may worsen the coronavirus. In case of fever, take paracetamol. If you are already taking anti-inflammatory drugs, ask your doctors advice.
