24.01.2022 Fitness is so important for both your mental and physical health and well-being! I know that I am feeling good exercising each day and maintaining my strength, but I have also been aware of listening to my body throughout my pregnancy too! In-person small group sessions, 1:1 and 1:2 now back up and running in Morley. Contact me for further info. I know I definitely enjoyed being able to workout in a gym environment again ... (Online sessions still available too) ** thorough cleaning of equipment is still taking place for in-person sessions and hand sanitiser is available! Please don’t come to sessions if feeling unwell!**

01.01.2022 Feeling good getting back into exercise again! Definitely not as fit as I was pre-pregnancy but I have given my body time to recover! Have transitioned from pregnancy safe exercises to postpartum training, focusing on my core and pelvic floor and looking forward to progressing even further!! Before and after (35 weeks pregnant and 12 weeks postpartum)
