21.01.2022 Looking for Enrolled Nurse, Nurse or Individual with Cert 4 in training and has a wealth of knowledge on NDIS, Disability services and staff management. This person will help me to coordinate the staff rosters, assist in assessing participants to identify their needs and which staff member will be appropriate to support them. Looking for someone who will brainstorm with Management and take on some of the load that's involved with management. ... This individual with work mostly from home, will be expected to support at least one participants. Would be good if they live North of the river. 19.01.2022 As announced yesterday the Perth, Peel and the South West regions have been placed into lockdown until 6:00pm Friday 5 February due to the risk of community transmission of COVID-19. Our main priority during this time is to protect our customers and staff. Whilst our services will continue they will be limited. We are adhering to Government guidelines, all support will be provided from the home, utalising the 1 hour exercise limit. Support will also be provided for essentia...l shopping. All staff and participants are to be mindful of the hot spots and if you have been in contact to please inform us immediately and get tested. All staff are to wear masks in doors and outdoors, to maintain physical distance as much as possible and to follow hand hygiene guidelines. Those staff with multiple jobs are asked to minimize exposure and work from home where possible and inform management if you have been to any hot spots currently being investigated. If anyone requires any additional supplies please let us know ASAP. 19.01.2022 When I take stock of what I gotten my self into, this year has been incredibly challenging but rewarding. I have learnt so much at a great expense but am grate...ful for the experience. All my life I have experienced situations ahead of my age and somehow I push through. I cannot say it’s all brain smart- but because I have an incredible support team and my will to push through. Recent events had made to think what would becomes of AG in-Home Services Australia if I was gone and it’s not a sappy question but one that encourages me to think ahead, restructure and/or refine. Thankful to Chenayi Sibanda , I may complain that you call none stop but deep down your calls keep my tears at bay. I briefly reflect through your life and I overwhelmed by your strength. 2020 was COVID and with great difficulty for many we push through. I just want to say to all the families : Thank you for trusting me, you have taught me a lot. I have fallen, made mistakes, cried, laughed, shared meals, shared couch, shared wine. May of you I have met you through an incredible woman Tara Jane and am grateful. Am constantly learning and will continue to work hard and out you all first. Thank you to my AG Hair & Beauty Services , AG Housekeeping Services and Service Accessibility, Capacity Building & Community Access, the team I work hard to put first above my self. Looking forward to changes that are about to occur. Can’t wait to introduce our Coordinators and restructure of our services. I love you always.
