25.01.2022 Agnes Nippers take note Fair play is now live some bits and pieces below to be aware of all gained from the website: https://www.qld.gov.au/recrea/sports/funding/fairplay/apply... Applying for a FairPlay voucher Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers. There is a limit of one voucher per child per calendar year. Key dates 6 July 2020: New round applications open. 7 October 2020: Applications close. 11 November 2020: Vouchers expire and must have been presented to an activity provider. 25 November 2020: Vouchers must be redeemed by activity providers. Program changes due to COVID-19 If you have a Round 2 voucher, the expiration date of your voucher has been extended, and can be presented to activity providers by 11 November 2020. All registered activity providers have been asked, where possible, to retain the funds and credit participants once their activities resume. If your child would like to participate elsewhere, talk to the activity provider and ask if they may be able to transfer the remainder of the voucher amount directly to the new organisation.

22.01.2022 Unfortunately due to COVID our Agnes Water SLSC Youth State Championships' Team was unable to compete at the cancelled State Youth Championships. But as a consolation for the boys that were nominated, here they are in their State Champs' Hoodies that were bought for them by the club to reward them for their training and dedication, and for being nominated to compete. Looking Good Boys! It would’ve been an awesome Carnival & the boys would have represented our Club with distinction on the State stage, and no doubt they would also have been very competitive as well! Congrats to Marc & Jack!

11.01.2022 Hi, If you would love to see some Surf Lifesaving action we would love to see you on the Agnes Water main beach this weekend, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th. We have our local nippers running a fundraising BBQ with sausage on bread, bacon and egg burgers cold drinks and other tasty treats from Tom Jeffrey Park.... Have a great weekend!

This helps to give parents more understanding of beach safety and basic skills.

07.01.2022 Hi Nipper Parents, With end of season presentations set for next Sunday 29th please be ensured that we are looking at our options with how best manage this event and will have an update next week. Alot of this will be determined by our governing bodies however we are looking at all possible solutions. Stay healthy!
