22.01.2022 Dear Parents/Carers, We are currently seeking input from all parents/carers about our positive behaviour management processes as part of the school’s Positive Behaviour for Learning framework. This year, we are moving our behaviour processes from the Responsible Behaviour Plan for Students to the new Student Code of Conduct. Please click on the link below and answer 6 quick questions. Your responses will be anonymous and will support the implementation of our new Student Code... of Conduct for 2021. This new document will be available on our school website in the new year. If you get mail to your home, then it will be delivered to your home. If you have to pick up your mail, then it will be in your PO box. 20.01.2022 P-3 Awards and Performance class sessions were held today - everyone did a wonderful job in their performances and congratulations to all award winners!

19.01.2022 WOW! Our Celebration Day was a huge success! The students really enjoyed the LARC ride and swim at 1770. Lots of LARC splash downs!! Thank you to Macca our LARC driver today. Thank you to our P&C for putting on the sausage sizzle. Thank you to Christie for driving the bus to/from school today. A marvellous day!!

15.01.2022 Our Years 1-3 had an amazing morning at their Swimming Carnival this morning. Lots and lots of great achievements. Everyone has improved so much in their swimming over the past few weeks. Preps were there this morning to watch what they can expect next year in Year One! Well done everyone!

14.01.2022 We can't wait to meet all of our new students for 2021. The below activity is great to help new students introduce themselves to their new teacher and/or friends. This is not mandatory, just another way to help our new students settle in to school.

13.01.2022 Our 4-6 Swimming Carnival was a great success this afternoon. We also had presentations in the Hall, where the highest participating house won - and it was the STINGERS!! Congratulations to everyone who participated. The Stingers will be the first house to appear on our brand new Agnes Water State School Swimming Carnival plaque.

10.01.2022 Dear Agnes Water Community, If there is anyone with a younger child who you are intending to enrol in Prep (or any other grade) for 2021, please make contact w...ith the school to have an enrolment meeting with me. Thank you to the many parents/carers who have already done this. An enrolment meeting before children begin Prep (or any other grade) is important so that we can discuss any concerns and begin to understand how your child learns and if we need any extra support/resources. Please contact our office (07 4902 1333) to make a time for an enrolment meeting. We can also do enrolment meetings for any other grade. 08.01.2022 A fun afternoon of Red Ball competition with the six teams from Agnes Water SS, Goora Gan Steiner School and Discovery Christian College played on Friday (27/11) in the fabulous DCC hangar. A great display of skill from all teams. Lucky to have Tom Moody helping out. Tom is doing work experience with coach Angie.

07.01.2022 We are about to get in to our 200 metre races. We have all eaten. The day is running very smoothly. Photos galore are being taken and will be uploaded today and tomorrow.

06.01.2022 Good Morning Parents/Carers, Our swimming carnival is on today (Thursday December 3). Our Years 1-3 students will be at the pool between 9 & 11am. Our older students will be at the pool between 12 and 2pm. Students will be shuttled by bus (thanks Christie for all your driving efforts). Parents/Carers are welcome to come and watch at the SandCastles pool. Please ensure you maintain physical distance and give everyone 2 square metres of space. Our Prep students will be going do...wn to watch and cheer with their house tattoos between 9 & 11am. Preps will not be getting in the pool. They will need their hats, drink bottles and lunch boxes. Please ensure you pack lots of water, hats, sunscreen and their usual swimming gear. It is set to be a great day. 06.01.2022 The Laser Tag is set up. Our Enviro Play area has been transformed in to an army style fun zone!!!

06.01.2022 A fantastic Colour Fun Run for 2020. Thank you to the Agnes Water Police and Fire Department for their support. We raised $1700 this year towards laptops for our school. Great photos below.

01.01.2022 Dear Parents/Carers, Friday September 18 is our Celebration Day where invited students are able to participate in LASER TAG! This will be a great celebration for a big Term 3. Friday September 18 will also be a FREE DRESS DAY! No need to give a donation. Students must be in sun safe clothing, enclosed shoes and wear their school broad-brimmed hat. Students must be in appropriate clothing for the Laser Tag activity.
