25.01.2022 Our bovine friend. In Homa Therapy, a Vedic method for environmental rejuvenation, cows are very important. Their dung is dried and is burnt in the healing pyra...mid fires along with pure cow’s ghee. In Vedas all of life is regarded as sacred and ahimsa ie practicing harmlessness to all living creatures is stipulated. Cows are especially honoured as sacred. Interestingly cow dung is the only dung on the planet that is clean, even antiseptic. It also has a property of insulating from harmful radiation. In Chernobyl after the nuclear catastrophe it was traditional homes with cow dung floors and walls that were protected from radioactivity. While pure cows ghee has the special properties of being able to pass through the brain barrier and therefore in Ayurveda is utilised as a carrier of medicinal substances. Then there is the unusual property that cow’s ghee, an oil, never goes rancid when made correctly and it is one of the few oils that does not change in an unhealthy way when heated for cooking. The ghee component in Agnihotra carries medicinal substances and micro- nutrients into the environment, as well as the heightened vibration of the Mantras and Prana that floods in at sunrise when Agnihotra is performed. Human and animals lives are at risk-- with both human and many animal fatalities already. They need a miracle to bring on the rain. The power of people praying together is very powerful. You are invited to partake in a 3 minute prayer/intention where we collectively see/feel/hear: A massive gathering of monsoon rain, falling on the affected areas (see map below), lasting for days. Gentle consistent rain, soaking into the land, all fires are put out. See/feel/hear the people celebrating, full of joy and gratitude. All animals too are grateful !
