02.01.2022 The windmill is a great addition to any program. Helping develop strength through 4 main areas... - the arm - rotator cuff (shoulder)... - lats - obliques. The kneeling windmill in this fortnight’s Signature session is a regression from the traditional standing kettlebell windmill, that has the added benefit of increasing strength and stability through the hips, glutes and hamstrings. Learning to nail your technique in the kneeling position improves competency to later progress to the standing version. Nailing your competency = stronger, more mobile bodies with less risk of injury.
