24.01.2022 This is a great example of AGP Enterprises versatility. We undertook numerous extensions on this gorgeous property located in Samford Valley. One being a triple garage with a large office behind it. Another was doubling the size of the patio, with a further extension adding an additional wing, incorporating a bedroom with ensuite and a new laundry. We also completed some internal modifications to incorporate the new kitchen and butlers pantry. Externally we built rock walls, curved garden steps, concreted around the house with exposed aggregate concrete and constructed a dog yard to secure the dogs at night. The results are stunning!

What I was after was a room that I was proud of though set up in a way to be user friendly for my wheelchair, yet could still function as if I wasn’t in a chair for resale. 12.01.2022 This gorgeous Queenslander was in much need of some TLC. We removed an add on and reconfigured the external walls. This allowed us to raise the ceiling, remove some internal walls and change the roof configuration to form a gable, restoring the house back to its original heritage look. The new spotted gum hardwood floors were well complemented with the use of the same timber on the new kitchen island bench. Removing four internal walls changed the dynamics of the home into a contemporary open plan feel, though the colonial arc ways helped to preserve the character of the house. The before and after photos speak for themselves.

12.01.2022 Adam has recently completed our renovation, which included a large deck, new kitchen, and some major structural work to enable removal of internal walls. This included the installation of large steel supporting beams and working in a confined space. Before starting construction Adam was able to help us with advice and suggestions for improvements and cost effective changes. During construction Adam was very proactive in coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure... that timeframes were met, and innovative in overcoming the inevitable problems associated with an old house. He kept us informed of any problems, and the end result is a very high standard of construction. The project was completed exactly when promised, despite a tight timeframe, and there were no corners cut. The end result is a house which is much more livable, and considerably increased in value. 11.01.2022 We were asked to create more of an open plan feel to this segmented house. It has been a challenge given all the walls were solid brick and there is a second story above them. We had moulds made to replicate the beautiful ornate cornice. These are progress shots. We moved walls, created ramps at the perfect angle, custom designed the vanity to allow the wheelchair to slide in underneath, installed a fold up seat in the shower and even custom powder coated the grab rails, to complement the style.
