We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department in Lilydale. - Strong problem solving skills essential... - Agricultural, automotive or earthmoving parts experience To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate previous parts knowledge and experience working in a similar position. Ideally you will have an interest in agricultural equipment, however Parts Interpreters from the automotive or earthmoving industries are also encouraged to apply. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: - Excellent problem solving skills - An understanding of machinery - The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Confident computer based parts system experience - The ability to follow instructions & adhere to company policies & procedures; - A willingness to continually learn and develop your skills via on the job and formal training You will be responsible for: - Assisting customers both over the phone and face to face - Managing stock and ensuring inventory levels are maintained - Coordinating with the Service department to ensure required parts are available Agpower has grown into one of the largest independent agricultural machinery specialist dealerships in Victoria.
