25.01.2022 Morning Broome mob We are a bit excited this week, we were lucky enough to score some fill for the Kimberley Way site down behind the sober up shelter on STEWART ST. We are about to start our community garden, this will be just what the doctor ordered.... Thanks to Andrew, Swanny and HM Tracey mob for helping make this happen. 20.01.2022 Bidgy Man Craft .... I think the photos say it all. I am blown away with the skills and patience of these men, the time and effort spent crafting anything from a spear to a hand made hatchet designed to strip bark, chip away at artifacts and remind each man how good it feels to have a purpose. The big winners are the women, children and community who benefit most from busy productive partners, fathers, uncles, brothers, friends and everything else a good man belongs to including country.

Who thinks Broome should be a modern, sustainable, clean energy producing town, one that positions itself to reap the benefits, jobs and economic benefits of renewable energy and modern technology ? .....Or who thinks it is a good idea to spend our money on supporting expensive old tech fossil fuel projects just to protect some pe...oples investments in a process that is causing catastrophic climate inflicted damage to our country, while risking our water, air and food? If the impact of climate change is not effecting you or your business yet how long do you think it will be b4 it is? How far behind the rest of the clever world will we be by the time we realize the damage we are letting happen. Who would support electric vehicles for our parks and garden staff? 08.01.2022 Hello Broome Happy new year everyone. I have to say this year seems like a pivotal moment in history, propaganda seems to have hit some sort of ceiling and the bullshit stench is finally permeating through the thin veil of corporate self interest. I cant help but wonder what my granddaughter will think when she grows up, how she will react to the state of the natural world our generation is likely to leave behind. Am I really the minority to be so utterly stunned with our ele...cted and payed officials, in the face of such overwhelming evidence, to support and even welcome fracking into our country? This will not only irreversibly change the public perception and natural beauty of our country but also label us as a weak willed, pathetic mob who sold out for a hand full of lies, and as for an attempt at custodianship of country ..... FAIL. Well I want to be positive and enthusiastic about the future so what will it take to shake this feeling of uncertainty and rage? Help! Andy See more

07.01.2022 HELP!!!!! our Hilux got stolen last night with a heap of tools, fridge, swag, everything really while Im down in Perth trying to organise some funding for our program. Im pretty devastated and not sure how we will cope? We are insured but not all the tools and all my personal stuff. The insurance will take at least 5-6 weeks. We are on track for more great stuff this year with all the young people we work with.... Crime prevention is happening in Broome please support us make a difference. 03.01.2022 The Boulevard A great place to visit on a Saturday, Agunya mob had a ball today showing off some of our wares and sharing some insights into what we are learning about how to turn ideas into reality. Guess what we learnt again today? All boys and girls just want to be proud of an adult roll model to help them grow up, be loved and valued. Thank you Broome mob we had a great day.
