24.01.2022 It just seems like this year wont improve any time soon. As it stands we are still taking on shows and new members but, we are restricting our public advertisements due to the possibility of events being cancelled. We will soldier on though like good troops. On a side note, here is a lovely recruitment poster made for us.and it makes a good point. If you are interested in protecting history and what it means to the world. You really should consider joking up before conscription is enacted....

23.01.2022 And our second video is online! thanks for your support. hopefully some others will jump on the bandwagon soon so you can see some other faces. https://youtu.be/64cL8qzYER8

22.01.2022 It is with great sadness we must announce the death of one of our members. Ken Gherke was a beloved member of AGWA QLD as well as many other groups. He died on 16th of April but due to family wishes we did not make this public until now. Although his name and perhaps even face may not be familiar to most his beautiful Ford Model T will undoubtedly be well known. Ken had a great love for his vintage motor cars and would gladly talk endlessly about them to any who wanted to hear it. He encouraged and advised on the construction of the other Model T currently under construction and on the planned but as yet to be started Model TT projects. His friendliness and his passion will not be forgotten anytime soon.

19.01.2022 It seems this year is just going to be a negative one. So in a positive move, we have started a YouTube channel. We will upload regular videos about uniforms, weapons and kit. we would love your feedback about what to discuss in future and what you would like to see. Forgive the poor audio and editing. We are very new to this! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26mLhufzjJs

01.01.2022 Latest advice handed down to us from higher powers is that all shows and training is cancelled until further notice. while we will not be cancelling all our shows for the year (yet), it does mean that planned events up to and including ANZAC day are cancelled. We thank you all for your continued support of the group and hope to be back in action by May.
