23.01.2022 Gratitude is free to anyone. Try it - at the beginning of the day and the end. What am I grateful for ?

23.01.2022 It’s feeling like a courageous Friday to me ....

22.01.2022 And yes that is in fact a plane window- For ALL of us who haven’t seen one for a year or so

21.01.2022 Good advice for Life Don’t be a smart ass.

19.01.2022 One thing I’ve noticed during these extra ordinary times is how powerful words are. I’ve read words that have shifted my whole mindset I’ve said words I’d never say otherwise - often in amazement or outright rage ! I’ve read accounts of people’s lives and experiences in their own words Quotes and memes have been popping up everywhere... To inspire, heal, calm, boost, drive, question and create. I hope that we all gain some power and love from these words that we will match them with ongoing action when we can get out and do more soon. Love from the Aha Moments team from our home to yours Stay Safe - stay home, save lives See more

18.01.2022 Be rowdy and make some noise !!! This year I got to add Cancer Survivor to my profile and Resume of Life and I had always wondered about that when I saw it on other people’s posts or profiles. How were they feeling - what would they do now that their lives were being returned to them. How were the friendships? Who stood by them and who chose to judge or disconnect. This year I got to answer some of those questions for myself ... If you noticed the posts were less regular or on some weeks not at all, Some days were pretty rough I wasn’t living louder... I was just living... getting to the end, holding hope above me like a lamp post and doing what I needed to practically do. My focus was on recovery and healing. I hadn’t shared the journey until the end when I revived a clean bill of health and on that day my Canadian cousin told me ....rightly so, to Live Fearlessly and I couldn’t agree more. COVID has changed many of our plans for 2020 and 2021 however it can’t take away all of your choices Make better choices for you ! And, Cancer and Corona aside .... I hope you live louder my friends Cancer Free Rhee

18.01.2022 Sometimes getting the balance right is not very easy. Also sometimes not very pretty.... However, once you find the right balance for you... All the angles fit, there’s a great sense of relief and you feel as if all is equal in the world. ... Big sigh ! And every day after that you are able to adjust your balance as you need to. Keep keeping on .... the sun will rise tomorrow and .... The next day after that. Photo credit to PJ.85 Instagram Feel free to follow his amazing work

17.01.2022 When you realise you’ve worried away your time and nothings changed about the situation because it can’t be controlled. Intentionally working on the things you can do something about is much better for your mind and body Another lesson to keep learning

17.01.2022 What this world needs now Is kindness

17.01.2022 May 4th 2020 I just read an article about the power of doing the change in the midst of the change and how timely this could be. Where people wanted change then got confronted by it but reflected on the opportunity ready to be had by many of us and took action 4 the better ! In our homes, businesses and organizations right now ? Is a very opportune time make changes ! ... I believe things we thought would take years may only take months right now. Not your age obviously - that still takes years But we get to choose how invested and involved in change we might be and how old we get to feel as we act on that change we choose. And I wouldn’t be surprised by who you see standing next to you with their hand up too. May the Fourth be with you !

16.01.2022 I attended a Communications workshop this week and the presenter talked about our energy being a bit like WiFi ... how many bars did we have? Was it connected at home Were we moving about trying to get a better connection while we are out ? Or are we moving the router, turning it on and off to reset? ... You are responsible for your own WiFi ....

16.01.2022 Try not to believe everything needs to be perfect all of the time Even pencils have erasers

16.01.2022 I often wonder about our individual experiences and how being connected with others can allow us to learn so much more about life. When you learn something - do you think to share your experience so others can benefit ?

14.01.2022 We have spent a lot of time inside in the last few months and so when we get to return to the world and expand our lives again .... there might be a lot to let go of.

13.01.2022 Despite Ms Babushka’s outward appearance .... no-ones got it all together Entirely All of the time ... If that was the case they’d never be learning and growing

13.01.2022 2020 has been a year of keeping close to home. Supporting locals and taking time for a cuppa and zoom or cuppa and chat or cuppa and cake And yes, I am very aware the icing is waaaaaay bigger than the actual cupcake

12.01.2022 The Frozen movie features the song Let it go and it has also featured in my life during Covid 19 isolation. Partly because certain places and people weren’t available to me and partly because my routine and tasks changed so much during this time. The steps below may not apply to you exactly but all of us have expectations and the need for control especially when in stress. ... The World Health Organisation tells us the single thing that builds our resilience at any given time of our lives is : A sense of control Not even actual control .... just a sense of it. So seek and create that sense of control. Do one thing that only you can do by yourself. I’ve brushed my teeth at random times and straightened my hair during Covid as I was dealing Cancer as well .... seems like an every day task to many I’m sure, but I often felt unable to know the outcome of treatment - so brushing my teeth made me feel fresh and normal and doing something with my hair helped me realise I still had hair and hadn’t lost it as many cancer patients do so it gave me the sense of control. Your well-being will thank you for your resilience Rhee

12.01.2022 Hahaha my hot friend ... I have always appreciated the benefits of tea in my life. Both hot and iced

11.01.2022 I hope you have all four ... and more. I hope you are also one of the four

10.01.2022 If he didn’t stay to eat those cookies and drink the beer - I mean the milk it would also be quicker.

09.01.2022 Sending all the love ... for all these reasons and any other reason needed. Thanks @AlanDingley for the image

08.01.2022 One of my favourite stories is Charlotte’s Webb by E.B. White published in 1952 It is the story of a little girl called Fern, a pig named Wilbur and his friendship with a barn spider called Charlotte. The moral of the story is all about friendship. Download it on audible or google play books or find it online as a movie. And let’s all remember to be a good friend ... it’s a tremendous thing to be

07.01.2022 I know this simplifies a bigger issue. But truth be told... many people don’t have either or both are tenuous and the struggle is real. AND that was the case before COVID hit. I’m reminded by the saying ... But for the grace of God go I.... Many of us are only one or two pay packets away from having neither. Keep reaching out to people. If you can, donate $ or giveaway items to charities that you see on the frontline, that are cooking meals or know of families or individuals on the edge ...or ask those working in community how you can assist. Teach your children and any grown ups who haven’t got the memo yet, the value of volunteering and giving. Cherish your circumstances Share - Connect - Care

07.01.2022 Just keep seeing good stuff to keep me moving forward. There’s always something to learn.

05.01.2022 It’s Chick In Wednesday ... If I was at my work office ... my awesome workmates would probably be sharing tasty chicken dishes for lunch. Everyone makes a donation for the meal and the money goes to a good cause. ... Of course ... it’s really a way of checking in with people A blinkin brilliant idea! So... this is just me just chickin in...

05.01.2022 All around the world ... there is a fair bit of exhaustion and compassion fatigue... Also a lot of upgrades to humanity and plenty to learn Be kind ....

05.01.2022 When you admire something about another bloke ... do the same. #liftothersup

04.01.2022 Watch out for those belittlers.... Keep your eyes and ears on the great-makers instead.

04.01.2022 Mindset is everything. Thank you to our essential workers Thank you to those who are keeping safe and keeping others safe by staying at home. You are contributing to something bigger than just yourselves. Reach out if you need to connect. ... Thank you See more

02.01.2022 We are sending you good health out there in your own bubbles ! Whatever you choose - be in full choice However you speak about this new world we are experiencing - speak intentionally Words are energy ... So we can energise our own space Especially when we feel we can’t control things right now. Paraphrased from Danielle la Porte. Rhee & Craig See more

02.01.2022 The company you hold can make or break a journey. Who are you doing life with ? I get reminded by the quote - You become like the 5 people you spend the most time with. Oh that’s a truth bomb isn’t it ? ... That Tiny Dragon is spot on I think. See more
