22.01.2022 I'm not a fan of planks, at all if we're being honest. But going in with a good mindset and just having fun makes the experience a whole lot better. I'm learning to apply that lesson into every part of my life. It's a challenge, but absolutely worth it! Smile, laugh, have fun, be positive.
12.01.2022 I convinced Grandma to come do chair yoga with me yesterday! A big "Thank you" to all of the residents at the Sauk County Health Care Center that participated!
11.01.2022 NEW YOGA GOAL!! My new goal is to do 108 Sun Salutations a week! That balances out to be 18 a day with Sundays off to rest after a long weekend. Who wants to join me!?
