01.01.2022 We spent some time last night out collecting the most colorful autumn leaves, so that we could do some beautiful, meditative, connected "nature art" and "rock ...painting" today. While they are busy expressing themselves on paper, I am able to have some deep discussions with them about their feelings and things that are challenging them, without them feeling confronted or uncomfortable. It's a simple "hack" to getting a deeper insight to your kids, that feels safe for them!
