Some mornings it's hard enough to get brekky on the plate, let alone act and think like a supermodel so here's a little trick that I've found to make this super drink super easy! The new recipe includes peeling the lemons and then blending with a little water, fresh ginger, and coconut oil. Maybe... you can add apple cider vinegar to the concoction too. Alternatively, you can juice your lemons by hand or with a juicer, add a little water, and whatever else you choose. Freeze in large ice cube trays- they make perfect single-serve portions!
