25.01.2022 On behalf of AHAS Hearing Aid Services, we would like to thank the Lions Club of Labasa in Fiji for their continued support along with Vodafone ATH Fiji Foundation and Sonic Australia for supplying hearing aids at a cheaper price so that we can provide free hearing services and free hearing aids to the disadvantaged community of Fiji. Last year Vodafone ATH Fiji Foundation donated $22500.00 to the Lions Club Labasa for this project. A total of 63 people (27 in Ba and 36 in Su...va) were screened whilst around 50 people were screened in Labasa, with over 70 people fitted with hearing aids. This year we are off to do it all again with 4 days of intense testing and fitting of hearing aids and providing hearing health and awareness to the disadvantaged community of Fiji.
