A beautiful balance of strengthening and stretching postures, some of them envigorating, others calming, breathing techniques and a wonderful guided relaxation at the end will leave you feeling like you have been on a mini holiday. ... Due to popular demand, Yoga classes will continue to run in the school holidays on Mondays, 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm in the before and after care building at Amsleigh Park Primary School. Starting Tuesday, 10 March 2020, Yoga classes at Amsleigh Park Primary School will be held on Tuesday nights from 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm instead.... If you are not one of my regulars, please book your spot to avoid disappointment. Casual classes are $15; 5 and 10 class passes ($70/ $135 respectively) are also available. Hope to see you there.
