24.01.2022 Scap chins are awesome. Give them a go, as a warm up 6reps for 2 sets but if you do it at the end of your session you can increase the volume to drive more hypertrophy for example 8 reps 3 sets. Don't over do your warm up to then become too fatigued for your lifts but then don't under do it either. Goldilocks new what was up.

15.01.2022 The body moves in a range or a spectrum. Red is not better then purple and vice versa but certain positions like certain colours have an effect. Had a chat on my Instagram story about anterior tilt, as it relates to this spectrum. This is key to understanding lower back pain as learning to control your pelvis from one end to the other is important. Instead it is misleading to think if you are at one end all the time then changing to the complete opposite end will be the solution. The grass is not always greener. This relates to sitting verse standing and posture. The best posture is a moving one, keep moving and be aware of your body.

06.01.2022 These a great version of pull overs. Have a ball to encourage thoracic extension instead of lumbar extension. Protract to fully stretch the lats before each rep and set your core. Neutral hand position is putting more stretch on the lat and also having the hands inline the shoulders is great for the shoulders. Give if a go, 6-8reps, 2-3 sets
