18.01.2022 If you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed, square breathing is a great technique to calm and focus your mind. Close your eyes and visualise a square. Allow your mind’s eye to travel along the top line as you inhale for a count of four. Then hold your breath for a count of four as your mind’s eye travels down the right side of the square. Exhale for four along the bottom line, then hold for four as your mind’s eye moves up the left side. When you reach the top, begin again.
