21.01.2022 Writing this status brings a smile to my face every Monday. Same time same place. Only this time we are there legally. Woohoo. Got some new pieces of equipment to try out too. So dont worry the kegs are all over. But what replaces the kegs, just wait and see. The sled is back and ready to rock and roll. 08.01.2022 hey everybody. Im sure we are all a little heavier after the easter break. ODT is back on tomorrow night but ill be merging the male and females together. Just the one session at 6pm. Going to be intense and dont worry boys, still going to be very difficult. Just cos we are at the same time time doesn't mean we are doing the same exercises.
