16.01.2022 Once, Lord Indra got upset with Farmers, he announced there will be no rain for 12 years & you wont be able to produce crops. Farmers begged for clemency from Lord Indra , who then said , Rain will be possible only if Lord Shiva plays his Damru. But he secretly requested Lord Shiva not to agree to these Farmers & when Farmers reached Lord Shiva he repeated the same thing that he will play Damru after 12 years. Disappointed Farmers decided to wait till 12 years.... But one Farmer regularly was digging, treating & putting manure in the soil & sowing the seeds even with no crop emerging. Other Farmers were making fun of that Farmer . After 3 years all Farmers asked that Farmer why are you wasting your time n energy when you know that rains will not come before 12 years. He replied I know that crop wont come out but Im doing it as a matter of practice. After 12 years I will forget the process of growing crops and working in the field so I must keep it doing so that Im fit to produce the crop the moment there is rain after 12 years. Hearing his argument Goddess Parvati praised his version before Lord Shiva & said You may also forget playing the Damru after 12 years! The innocent Lord Shiva in his anxiety just tried to play the Damru, to check if he could.and hearing the sound of Damru immediately there was rain and the farmer who was regularly working in the field got his crop emerged immediately while others were disappointed. It is the practice which keeps on making you perfect. We become even diseased or old just because we dont practice. Practice is the essence of quality survival. So, let lockdown lift after 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years. keep sharpening our skills, practice with what we have, upgrade our knowledge. Dont wait for rain , that is the lock down to be lifted and then start something focus on our skills today, upskill our self so that we will be ready to meet the challanges.

13.01.2022 Hope we all now getting used to the situation in which whole world has been through by this COVID 19 .on positive and lighter side this has also taught to be aware about our surroundings and given us some subtle lesson the importance to live with awareness as well How once own Immunity is important specially when one come to know there is no magic Pill to support me no Magical Vitamin will help me.But one thing that always scare me is that our memory is very short lived. We ...all know this situation will pass away and it is already happening But it wont take long enough for us to fall back into our Old Habits and get Trapped..One example many of you must have seen when all these take away shops and fast food chain opens the lines in front of their takeaways were from 430 AM. this Show how desperate people were and how our addictions work. Hope not everyone Get into this Trap and maintain their subtle learning of Importance of living with awareness specially when in this part of world Winter is to come. Please remember one thing which no science Going to tell you But Ayurvedic medicine always focus on such Factors that This virus is not going to go away and it will find conducive environment to attack and such diet of Cold , Damp , moist food will be ideal platform to attack. Hence try to avoid such food habits at least for next 6 months if you cant give up all together. Focus more on warm and cooked food.Must incorporate in your daily some Ayurvedic Kitchen herbs which are Much more stronger than so called Antioxidant and immune boosters. At same time never miss your practice of DAILY AND SEASONAL routines . i am aware that many Ayurvedic practitioners who themselves not keen to follow these routines and Try to depend upon medicine only to fix their symptoms and also advice same to their students. I will advice them to go and read Ancient Ayurvedic text and read Dincharya and Ritu charya chapter and will understand how much importance has been given to such practices which in fact become more relevant in present day situation. For those who have regular tendency to get sick in this season with common cold, or influenza, sinus congestion or cough and Asthma problem They must take Ayurvedic medicine such as PRANACARE, G-Defence ,Agnitone and Chavanparsh as these together has the ability to correct such problems much better than any other medicine. Hope this helps you to keep all of us on Track. Take care See more
13.01.2022 Hello everyone. Sun of New year is already Up there and so the new Hopes desires and Commitments of everyone on Horizon. We all hope the experience of last year will not be come back again . But it seems difficult to avoid as we all are reading every day that due to mistake of someone or some people wider community still has to suffer weather it is Sydney or even Now Brisbane .Authorities trying to take timely action and in that pursuit have no option but to enforce lock d...own. in such situation one wonder how long life will go this way or do we need to learn to live with Lock downs. Answer will be both way. Yes if we not keen to learn from our mistakes and No if we all can start taking more responsibility of our total wellbeing in our hand. And the wellbeing on Just relaying on some immune booster Pills or shakes or smoothies or some more efforts to sweat a lot or so called some new Diet such COVID KILLER DIET. We all Must accept that Covid like viruses are not going to finish and Mankind will face such situation more and more and even more frequently. Reason of saying so as there will be section of people in every where who will keep making wrong choices in their life and that will keep impacting one's immune system and such viruses will keep impacting and spreading. So what the answer to it. Ayurveda the ancient science give very clear and simple answer to it. We all must take responsibility of our wellbeing in our own hand and that responsibility does not limit just taking some supplements even if they are Ayurvedic immune booster herbs But those who will able to make a Total commitment to incorporate all components of wellbeing that relate to diet, lifestyle, daily regimes , mental and emotional wellbeing than only we can hope that we can fight with such problems in present and future .At same time those associated with this science in one way or other also committed to make effort to educate at least one person a week to Bring him / her in fold to Wellbeing Chain so the wellbeing Bubble of Ayurveda can help them to learn how to protect them from all these uncertainties. on other hand This whole last year situation has made everyone aware how life can be vulnerable and uncertain hence we must learn to respect and value our relationship with our loved ones. We get caught in web of our work commitments or Race to be ahead of every other person that we never realise how Much behind we left our loved one. How much we have compromise in this race our own wellbeing. we always have easy excuse i don't have time to do this for myself but one day we realise it is too late. So let make commitment in the start of this year that we learn from our mistakes and don't repeat them and make a Honest commitment to contribute towards our wellbeing in totality that will only come when one able to follow Ayurvedic principles in its totality . 11.01.2022 As Ayurveda is taking its Foot hold strongly in this part of world same is happening with you use of Ayurvedic herbs and products. At same time many have start asking weather Ayurvedic Herbs are Organic or not as from their prospective any thing which is organic will be best. But it is not always the case. specially when we talk about Therapeutic Ayurvedic herbs those will be used by Traditional Ayurvedic practitioners. What is more important for someone to know about Ayu...rvedic herbs is Not just weather they are the organic or not. But most important is what is source of the herb i want to use. when we talk about source what it means is does this herbs is grown in the area it is recommended in traditional Text or it is commercially Grown in any area. Many herbs can be grown in different areas But to get best quality of the herb it need to be grown in the area where traditionally it should grow.. for example Ashwagandha is very common Ayurvedic herb and used by many practitioners not only Ayurvedic practitioners but many other modality practitioners too . This herb can be grown in different climates /areas But ideally it should be sources only from Himalayas as it grown at specific sea level height. The source of herb will impact on its RASA VIRYA AND VIPAKA the characteristic of the herbs on which its quality is analysed by Ayurvedic practitioners. so in such case someone might be growing Organic Ashwagndha in plains and sell it More costly than the herbs Grown in its ideal climate and many who dont understand How Ayurvedic herbs work will get elude to its Organic TAGS. further to it there are other specific parameters in Ayurveda such as about collection of herbs where consideration of season play a Big role on its efficacy and potency, the process of cleaning, Drying and Testing. At same time in Ayurveda it is very specific what part of plant need to be used. In many herbs we can use leaves, bark , root and seeds. But the potency of each can be different .Hence if someone not aware of these all components they might just be happy with Organic leaves of that herbs where as in fact seed are advised to be used for that herbs. Further it is also very important that from where you getting your herbs as in India Big ayurvedic companies have their own controlled Ayurvedic farms and they collect herbs when their Potency are at peak and they might not call them Organic but are harvested in best required surrounding and environment and gone through more rigorous testing in getting end product. so it is advsiable to avoid more commercial sourcing of herbs which many who dont really have understanding of Ayurveda deeper can get carried away. hope that helps end users.
