03.01.2022 We all know 2020 has been a challenging year...in so many ways! Its almost at an end and so we thought a celebration was in order. This year, on International Image Consultants Day (Monday 23rd November), we are celebrating you, the industry and our colleagues around the world in two ways: 1) By formally recognising those who are contributing to our local industry - through the inaugural AICI Australia Chapter Awards; and... 2) By throwing a (virtual) End of Year Event to which you are cordially invited (members check your email for official invitation). The idea behind the new AICI Australia Awards is to celebrate, recognise and reward image consultants who are contributing to our industry, and to promote ideas and work that will help us all rise in business. The three award categories are: IMAGE INDUSTRY CHAMPION AWARD: This person has created an innovative program, written insightful publications or created a new tool benefiting the industry/local AICI community (AU/NZ/SthAfrica). MOST PROMISING NEW MEMBER AWARD: This person has been an Image Consultant and AICI member for 24 months or less and is making an impact BEST SOCIAL MEDIA AWARD: This person has an active social media presence and consistently posts informative/educational content with a high aesthetic appeal.
