24.01.2022 Tennis World Launceston is pleased to announce that we will be re-opening from Monday 18th May, with strict social distancing measures in place we will be initi...ally offering free public court hire during business hours (for a maximum of four people per court), private and group coaching lessons. We will be individually contacting all members, coaching clients and regular pennant/social league players with further details about the upcoming commencement of our pennant/league competitions and discussing existing lesson availabilities for coaching clients via email, text or phone call over the coming days. For one week only we are offering 50% off all private coaching lessons! 17.01.2022 Finalists in our Twilight Roster. A very competitive final series held Sunday afternoon in beautiful weather with a good crowd watching on. Smashers (Jeff, Nathan, Simone and Lynda) held a 4 game lead after the mixed doubles but the men's and ladies doubles went to Awesome Foursome (Campbell, Josh, Andrea and Angela) and with a 4 game advantage Awesome Foursome retained their title. *Tuesday night will be our clubs final "Get your racquet on session " 6pm to 7pm followed by BBQ.

15.01.2022 UPDATE FROM TENNIS TASMANIA: With consideration of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and in additional consultation with stakeholders and the Government, Tennis Tasma...nia and Tennis Australia continues to act in the best interest of community health and safety by upholding the existing recommendation to cease all tennis activity in Tasmania. This recommendation is in line with the State Government confirming that social distancing rules will remain in place until 15 May 2020. This continues to be an extremely difficult and unique situation, and we thank you for your support and understanding of the communication and recommendations shared thus far.
