25.01.2022 My new spices include chilli flakes, cinnamon sticks, whole star anise, fennel seeds, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, yellow mustard seeds, and cumin seeds. They all come in either 50g or 100g bags, and all have the same cheap price as my other spices!

25.01.2022 Happy Saturday Everyone! This Sunday 28th August I will be helping out my friends by running the banana stall whilst they are away, at the Caboolture Markets, so you will still see me around, just a little further in the markets. I have some of my honey to sell there as well so you can still support my work as a beekeeper whilst also stocking up on some quality local produce as well :D See you all there!

25.01.2022 We still have Creamed Honey in one size until it starts warming up, so get in quick! In addition, for the first time we have cinnamon and ginger creamed honey using only my own spices mixed into it :D There are only a few of these left, and it is the last of them for the whole year!... Creamed honey of this quality and price can be hard to find at times, so if you want to get a hold of some feel free to inbox me, or come find me near Gate 1 at the Caboolture Markets, before it sells out! The bottle has approx 425g, and costs $8, The smaller container has approx 250g and costs $4. Any questions about the creamed honey or how to get it, simply ask!

What is contained is a small jar of honey, and up to 3 of my spice blends, and they are packaged in a way that is super easy to gift. 11.01.2022 As of 2018 we will be raising our prices. Our 1 kilo jar will be $8.50 instead of $8 and the 3kg tub will be $23 instead of $22, all our other products will be staying the same price. We understand that this will upset some of our customers but we are still the cheapest around and this is the best way for us to continue selling high quaility honey and spices. Exciting news, we have 2 new products for sale at tomorrow's markets; we have the highly requested Smoked Paprika now for sale in our spice range, and we were also able to collect a small amount of honeycomb from our hives this weekend, but get in quick as it's popular! Unfortunately our honey supplies are still quite low and we are unable to provide any for sale at this time, but watch this space for more updates about when we are fully stocked once again soon...! -Aiden

08.01.2022 After several months of hard work (I am terrible with computers) I am finally ready to release our new spices! With these much more modular and reusable containers you'll be able to find what you need faster, and use them easier! I'm always working on new things, so if you need any spices that I don't sell, or a specific spice blend, I'll be more than happy to whip something up! On a side note, I will not be at caboolture markets this Sunday due to running out of honey. But weather permitting, I'll be there next week :D

07.01.2022 Starting this week we will be selling our new Chinese 5 Spice blend! it has fennel seed, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, and cloves mixed in. I think its great in stir frys, but its also great to use in marinating beef or pork. Come and get some while we still have it. We also have over 30 individual spices for sale, and several spice blends such as garam masala, ras el hanout, cajun seasoning and my favourite, 'bush spice' which is a great all rounder. ... 07.01.2022 Now we will be selling our very own honey and honey comb, from our lovely hives in Morayfield, our honey has a mixture of different garden flowers and it is called mixed blossom. 07.01.2022 One of our 6 (currently) spice blends is Chinese 5 Spice! With 5 different spices blended together, this mixture is perfect for enhancing any meat or noodle dishes. I particularly love using this spicy/sweet blend to make a quick and easy stir fry, with or without the meat! Currently we have two sizes, 75g and 150g. Come to Caboolture Markets this Sunday and get some :)
