24.01.2022 Going to her nieces wedding. Melissa purchased this beautiful lace fabric to go with her top. The top needed the hem shortened to compliment the new skirt. We created a skirt pattern, cut + sew, had fittings to complete this lovely skirt. We had extra fabric to create a shawl, adding lace to embellish the edge. Adding some purple crystals to create that extra sparkle to the top, skirt hem and to the shawl. Melissa loved the whole out fit and made her feel beautiful on the day.

24.01.2022 Having a small wedding and getting married at Sorromet Winery. Amandas lovely soft pink wedding dress required our magic to create that perfect fit. We replaced the zipper with an invisible one, removed the Puckering at the back bodice. Re-shaped and shortened the hems and removed the fullness at the back of train. 22.01.2022 Getting married in Sherwood Uniting Church. Karens lovely wedding dress required the shoulders and hems shortened. Karen wanted to wear her mothers veil, we restyled the veil and added a bling crown. To manage this dress we added a hoop, bustle and a train holder. 20.01.2022 Bride Leah was 10 weeks pregnant when she came to us to Fine Tune her stunning wedding dress. We shortened the shoulders, take in the underarms for a better fit, added bust cups to create a better shape and re sewed the lace motives back onto the bodice. We recycled bling fabric from another bridesmaids dress to be cut up and to make up this cute flower girl dress. This is what we came up with! We took in the underarms and waist area for a firmer, reduced fullness of the back skirt. Kate also wanted the train shortened. Kate was more then happy with the results. 18.01.2022 Lara was looking for 10x tulle skirts. We designed and made for the young girls from the age 4 - 13 years old. We used several layers of various fabrics to create the volume and look. I am sure it completed the Garden Wedding Vibe !

Annalisas gorgeous wedding dress required the shortening of several hems, creating a train holder, take in underarms and corset area for a firmer fit. Annalisas mother posted (from Italy) a lovely cashmere shawl for us to embellish with matching lace to the border. Annalisa was very happy with the outcome. This is a lovely story. "They met in Canada, got married in Germany (Townhall) and had the white long dress church ceremony in Switzerland. Then we re located to Brisbane, found Aigas Sewing Services to perfectly shortened my dress for a summer fit to have my wedding reception exactly 1 year in Greece !"

11.01.2022 Here we are working on a lovely beaded wedding dress, shortening the shoulder straps. It can be a bit fiddly after cutting off the excess shoulders, then secure the loose beads before re attaching the beaded straps back onto the bodice.

09.01.2022 Wanting to wear something special for her daughters wedding, Ann had some navy fabric she wanted to use in creating her skirt. We sourced out a lovely navy lace to match and created a top. Patterns were drawn, we had several fittings for that perfect fit. Adding navy crystals to the top for that extra sparkle. Ann loved the whole outfit and made her feel beautiful on the day.

04.01.2022 Bride Marigold's stunning wedding dress hem was a tad too short at the front. Lucky for us, there was a long veil with lots of matching lace motives we could recycle. Marigold was patiently unpicking enough motives from her veil, for us to add onto her wedding dress - for that perfect length that was required. 04.01.2022 Yes, we are still open! At the moment we are working on adding matching lace to embellish a cashmere shawl. This is to match the wedding dress. The mother of the bride send this lovely Falconeri cashmere shawl from Italy. Unfortunately the parents wont be able to make the wedding.
