Know your competition - what are your competitors doing? Are you competitive? Are they leaving you behind with their offers or promotions? Do you look too cheap, or too expensive? A site that doesnt load quickly will lose traffic, a website that doesnt have a clear offer or any sort of uniqueness isn't going to stand out. But do you build enough value to get that customer? Know the type of customer your business needs to be successful. Might be the smaller customer that stays with your business for many years to come.
