17.01.2022 As you reflect on 2020 how is your wheel of life , like a wheel or a flint stone wheel .?

11.01.2022 When I made the decision to share my message to help business owners to break free from the shackles of doing everything by themselves and for them to have a life they want. A question I ask myself What kind of person do I want to be? What am I passionate about? We have a successful business for over 25 years and we went from building to manufacturing (gas cooktop), we didn’t know anything about manufacturing (my husband from building and I was from tourist industry) ho...wever we saw a NEED, there was no stove powerful enough to cook a good Chinese meal, many Asians were cooking in their garage. We saw that need and wanted cooks to be in their kitchen rather than cooked in their cold garage and I being an Asian I wanted them to truly enjoy their beautiful home and family time and we were committed to find something suitable and the ones in Asia was not suitable to meet the high Australia safety standards, we decided to design and build one here in Australia. The thought and ideas were exciting however the reality was totally a different once, the process of manufacturing a stove from zero to approval state was a long process and very costly, the red tape of approval and the safety aspect was enormous. However what kept us going after 18 months and with our finance down to $800 in the bank, was WHY we wanted to do this in the first place and what sustain us was our values and commitment. We have started the journey because there was a need to helping family from cooking in garage to their warm kitchen and them being together was one of our drivers. This was our Why, our commitment, our determination and family kept us focus. Now we have a team running the business and we are free from the shackles because we have a vision clearly in place. If you feel you are doing everything yourself and being worn down? Ask yourself these few questions: Do you know your Why? What important to you, what do you value? Have you been disconnected to that passion that you originally started with? And what kind of person would you like to be?
