Wed 4:30pm : either dusky drive reserve or at the atrium resturant (country club drive) Sat 11am : playground at island dr hidden harbour Hopefully we can get some numbers next week. For the next 2 weeks i will drop my price to $5 per class

18.01.2022 First sessions...lets lock it in!!! Drum roll Wed 20th June 11am & 4:30pm - 30 min class Place : Dusky Drive Reserve Safety Beach ... My price list: $12 per class or 10 pass for $100 Any fitness level - variations given Kids welcome - playground at reserve (no toilets) What to bring : towel, drink bottle and lots of energy First session...FREE come meet me and try out a metafit class to see if you like it Please arrive 10 mins early to fill out a waiver. I will also add a file with the waiver in next few days for you to print and fill in yourself before the class if you like Im so excited Woohoo

Just wanted to let people know for a fabulous event called parkrun (if you havent heard of it...your missing out) its a free timed 5km run/walk every saturday of the year at 8am. Aimed at any age group. All you need to do is register online (link below) and print your barcode, which can be used at any parkrun around the world. There are heaps in victoria but i am a run director at Rosebud parkrun. Check out rosebud parkrun facebook page. Feel free to pop down... this sat, i am run directing so would love to see a big crowd. Join the fun and awesome community. 11.01.2022 Schools back...woohoo!! Today i did a metafit with laura who did amazing. Then i went to park and walked dog (and kids) then did a metafit myself while kids played!! Ill post next weeks sessions tonight - just figuring out my schedule

07.01.2022 Hello and welcome to my page. I am super excited to get my little business up and running. I'm just trying to get a few likes and people following me before I jump straight into some fitness sessions. In roughly 2 weeks I plan on running some group sessions in the park. These will be Metafit sessions. For those that dont know metafit - Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body bur...ning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in Please watch this space for my launch dates!!
