14.01.2022 So apparently all borders across Australia will be closed at 4pm Tuesday. This means more cancellations. Again we have special cleaning techniques happening at this time. No guests will stay in the same room as a departure for a minimum of 72 hours. All bedding is completely stripped. Bathrooms are bleached daily and sanitised. All hand held remotes, kettles crockery, door knobs disinfected. Rooms are now being shampooed as well.... Staff is at a minimum now. Dining room is closed for cooked breakfast only continental available. We wish everyone well and stay strong. Management See more

06.01.2022 UPDATE ON CORONAVIRUS. We would like to inform all of our guests that we are taking precautions at our establishment for the coronavirus outbreak. Our housekeeping team are working hard to make sure we sanitise all rooms, bedding, linen and aircon units on a daily basis. We ask all guests to remember to wash your hands before entering any common areas within the motel and we are supplying dettol wipes, gloves and glen 20 disinfectant at reception if you would like to re sanitise your rooms as a precaution. 03.01.2022 Did you know on this day, 90 years ago, Luna Park opened in Adelaide? Luna Park opened on the Glenelg foreshore October 8,1930. Its attractions included a rol...ler coaster, mini golf and a Ferris wheel. In 1935 the park was placed in voluntary liquidation after problems between the owners, local council and residents.
