05.01.2022 Hi everyone! Lockdown has been tough, no doubt about it - tough on us as adults and on our beautiful kids too. No sport, little social interaction and not too mention cold Melbourne winter, it was bound to takes it's toll and I have seen such a change in confidence and self esteem in young girls at a time when it really matters the most and it breaks my heart.... I know first hand how much exercise can be a great mood changer - its actually science!! Exercise creates endorphins which are pretty much feel good brain chemicals! Knowing this, I want to help. I will be offering semi private sessions to girls aged between 11 and 14. These sessions will be about mindset, exercise, self esteem and fitness and can be run on zoom and if you are within 5k's of Beaconsfield we can arrange a place to meet outdoors.
