21.01.2022 I avoid using antibacterial soaps when I can and use a lavender based oil soap at home. The lavender has natural antibacterial properties and the olive oil base soap doesn't dehydrate your skin.

16.01.2022 Straight from the vege patch this rocket was a perfect accompaniment to our high protein meal. Rocket is a bitter which’s aids digestion. Eaten at the start of a meal, bitter foods can stimulate appetite and peristalsis. They also support digestion by encouraging production of stomach acid, pancreatic enzymes and bile, which in turn encourages peristalsis. This allows the body to absorb key nutrients, such as B12, iron and fat soluble vitamins, with the added benefit of enhancing liver detoxification.

Now that life is slowing down (the wedding is over and I'm 7 months pregnant) I have time to start posting some delicious recipes and information that I think you will find useful Here are my buckwheat pancakes topped with berries, figs, coconut kefir yogurt and a small drizzle of coconut syrup perfect for the cooler mornings Recipe:... 1 mug of buckwheat flour 1 mug of coconut milk 1 egg Mix together and cook on the stove top. I find making the pancakes smaller makes them easier to flip! Top with anything you have in the fridge that's seasonal Note: Add protein powder to the flour mix (to make up the 1 mug) for extra protein Quinoa flour seems to work well too (coconut flour falls apart so avoid using this flour)

Vitamin C, Vitamin D, vitamin K, magnesium, silica and boron supplementation are necessary for healthy bones rather then calcium supplementation. More then often calcium is given and not needed and can often cause more harm then good.
