25.01.2022 Happy New Year Everyone! I can show off these 2 Christmas present chef knives now they've been delivered. One full tang, one stick tang. A few improvements over my first one with better distil tapers and rounded edges on choil and spine. This is the first time using 12c27 stainless. 14.01.2022 A chef knife i made for my brother. 1084 high carbon steel with huon pine scales from Aussie burls. A bunch of improvements on this one with rounded spine and choil and a convex grind for better food release.
