18.01.2022 With the current COVID situation made the decision to not go down to Orange with the risk of possibly getting stuck down there just before our wedding. Anyone that knows anyone or needs and work done give us a bell. Trying to get some work around/ in between everything going on. Good honest hourly rate, willing to travel Gold Coast- Sunshine Coast - Toowoomba if there willing to pay travel. Have picked up abit of work already but always good to spread the word

12.01.2022 Water pump changed out on a 2015 Hilux due to the tell tail leaking. Genuine pump & gaskets used, flushed the system, replaced coolant & bleed the system. Coolant shouldn’t be mixed with other brands or colours if ur unsure change it out.

12.01.2022 Some Spotlight wiring on this 908 Today

11.01.2022 Heading out to my first job/ customer tomorrow that’s not family oriented so thought I better kick the page off and make it public and get things into gear. Ever since I have finished my apprenticeship and went mining, one of my goals was to start my own field service business. I started the process coming on 2 years ago now, and June last year I purchased a truck that definitely needed some TLC, and what a journey it has been already. I came to abit of a stand still after ge...tting stuffed around with parts from Japan that was meant to take 6 weeks but ended up taking 6 months. Now after a lot of hard work, dedication and pride I have a presentable now road worthy condition Mobile Field Service truck ready to go, but still have a long way to go with my set up. I plan to still be in mining for the next 1-2 years. I’m currently doing a 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off roster so plan to get some work in my time off. Trying to stick with Earthmoving but if everyone would share this page or knows anyone that needs work done pass my info on would be greatly appreciated. Would like to say a massive thanks to my Partner & Kids for the help, support and putting up with the countless hours in the shed, My parents for the support, help and for everything the old man has given me from his shed, Lee for my signs and Logo/ Designs, My Aunty for doing all my Embroidery, and all my current and past work colleagues that have made me the tradesman I am today special thanks to the tradies through my apprenticeship. Cheers to fun times ahead

05.01.2022 A different part of my career as a Fitter, snapped feed rope change out on a DD422i Jumbo about 1km underground

04.01.2022 Nice and easy one this morning leading to some ongoing and bigger work. Power steering pump re-seal and old/worn hose replacement on a Tree loppers Mitsubishi Truck, thanks for the business. Cheers to Ashman for the contact

03.01.2022 Looked at a SK35SR-6 Blowing Smoke the other day, found the engine oil to be a fair way overfull(can’t really tell in the pic)from a recent service carried out from another party. FYI Overfilling engine oil can lead to bottom end damage and excess oil getting on the rings causing it to blow smoke or worse case have the engine run on it self. Drained oil to correct level, once machine was hot enough/got working smoke cleared up.

02.01.2022 1HZ-T Engine rebuild from a couple years ago. Originally picked up a big end from oil pressure issues. Carried out full rebuild but after 15,000 kms lost compression on No.4. After carrying out some research found there to be a lot of issues with the pistons used with ring landings cracking and falling apart. Rebuilt with Spool Rods, Ceramic & Teflon Coated pistons, block & head modified to run ARP head studs. Had a tune & pumped 22psi into her, still loving it after 60,000
